Counterpart Health is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Analytics to join our team and lead our analytics team. As a company, we are dedicated to transforming healthcare and improving patient care through our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to our patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions.
As Director of Analytics, you will manage a team of data scientists, analysts, and BI developers to drive impact for our users and their patients. You will also focus on identifying and solving the highest impact analytics data platform enhancements for both our users and our business simultaneously. Additionally, you will be a part of the Counterpart technology leadership team, helping to build and design OKRs for the product and pods.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience, with at least 4+ years of experience working with healthcare data such as FHIR, claims, or EHR data. They should also have an understanding of healthcare clinical and claims data, strong technical expertise, and a passion for improving healthcare through innovative data solutions. Experience being part of an empowered product organization and expertise with SQL, data analytics, and machine learning approaches are also required.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build relationships with stakeholders, understand the needs of different teams, evolve the analytics team and processes, and drive the direction and strategy for scaling a data-driven technology organization. You will also be accountable for maintaining and growing the end-to-end analytics needs in a cost-effective manner, while unlocking insights and value for our stakeholders and customers.
