Job Description:

As a Full Stack Engineer II at GROW, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend software systems and applications using Kotlin and related technologies. Your responsibilities will include writing clean and testable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving software engineering practices. You will also be expected to stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering.

Qualifications:

At GROW, we value experience and passion over just qualifications. However, to be considered for this role, we prefer candidates with the following qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– Strong understanding of software engineering principles and SDLC
– Proficiency in Kotlin/Java and related technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven
– Experience with CI/CD technologies like Jenkins and Buildkite
– Experience with integration testing
– Experience with SQL databases and queries
– Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
– Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
