Position: Lead Data Analyst at Hims & Hers Health, Inc.

Are you a skilled and experienced Data Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to shape the customer experience at a leading health and wellness platform? Look no further, as Hims & Hers is seeking a Manager of Product Analytics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with product managers, growth leads, designers, and engineers to design experiments, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve our customer experiences. Responsibilities:
– Design and conduct experiments to improve customer experiences
– Deliver in-depth analyses that are easily understood by non-technical audiences
– Work with team to curate experimentation roadmap for product and growth teams
– Enable data self-service through easily understandable templates and relevant KPIs
– Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and growth teams to enhance customer experience
– Develop playbooks based on test results to improve digital experience
– Identify causal relationships through advanced statistical modeling
– Segment users based on demographics, behaviors, and psychographic attributes to personalize product experiences and communications
– Align analytics initiatives with business objectives to drive long-term value
– Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations to product and growth teams
Requirements:
– 8+ years of experience in analytics
– 5+ years of experience in A/B testing
– Experience working with subscription metrics
– Strong work ethic and drive to learn and understand complex problems
– Organizational skills to manage long-term projects
– Expertise in SQL
– Experience with data engineering and production data pipelines
– Programming skills in Python, SAS, or R
– Knowledge of data modeling and statistics, including experimental design and statistical inference
– Ability to develop and train predictive models
– Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
– Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
– Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
– Experience with price testing and modeling price elasticity
– Familiarity with telehealth concepts
– Project management experience
– Experience with DBT, Airflow, and Databricks

Compensation Range: $160,000 – $190,000 USD (US-based candidates)
Note: The actual salary offer may differ based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and certifications. Hims & Hers also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package, which may include equity grants.
