Mobile UX/UI Designer at GoFasti: Connecting Top Talent from LatAm to Global Companies
We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service bridging the gap between world-class developers and designers from Latin America and first-class companies around the world. We are seeking an English-fluent Mobile UX/UI Designer based in Latin America who is available to work remotely.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user interfaces for digital products on various platforms. From user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity designs, you will use your skills to bring our clients’ visions to life. Your expertise in conducting user research and translating findings into design solutions will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:
– Develop user interfaces for digital products across multiple platforms.
– Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
– Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on design vision and execution.
– Ensure consistency in design language across various products.
– Contribute to and maintain design systems.
– Analyze user feedback and usage metrics to inform design iterations.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
– Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI projects.
– High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
– Experience creating responsive designs for mobile and desktop platforms.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with motion graphics and animation.
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Familiarity with agile development processes.
– Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
– Ability to utilize AI tools for research, copywriting, and asset generation (e.g.,ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney).
Compensation:
– The salary range for this position is USD $2,500 – $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
– This position includes a 3-month trial period, with the potential for a long-term extension.
– This is an independent contractor position, paid through a payroll platform.
– The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
