Position: Senior Data Scientist at Kalibri Labs
Location: Fully remote
Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 per year, based on experience, background, and location.

Job Description:
Kalibri Labs is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and support our product development through insights gained from analyzing company data. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in Python, distributed databases, advanced AI/ML modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization to deliver high-quality solutions for complex problems. You will also play a key role in making strategic data-driven decisions and improving our current products.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities for business solutions
– Own the MLOps workflow and deployments for all Data Science team projects
– Analyze data from company databases to optimize product development and business strategies
– Identify and integrate new data sources to improve analytical products
– Design, test, and deploy production-ready models
– Work with data engineering and analysts to integrate models into data pipelines
– Employ advanced techniques such as predictive modeling, natural language processing, and categorization to enhance customer experience and revenue generation
– Coordinate with development and product teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
– Establish standards for Data Science testing and ensure a scalable and efficient environment for the team
– Develop processes and tools for continuous monitoring and analysis of model performance and accuracy
– Mentor other Data Science team members and share advancements in the field
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience building and deploying multiple machine learning models for classification and prediction
– Proficiency in Python and its data libraries for data manipulation and large-scale analytics
– Experience with MLOps, including git-based version control, automated testing, and continuous deployments
– Proven ability to manage a project from design to deployment
– Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data warehouses
– Knowledge and experience with recommendation systems, NLP, statistics, and deep learning
– Familiarity with Data Observability and Workflow Platforms
– Master’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science
