Job Description:
About the Role:
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Associate Systems Engineer to join our team. As part of the Access Management team, your main responsibility will be to provide our team members with top-notch Access Management services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the first point of contact for all Access Management tickets raised in our IT Service Desk.
– Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to SLAs.
– Configure Access Management controls for new and existing third-party SaaS systems, including SSO, authentication, authorization, role-based access, identity lifecycle, and user access reviews.
– Create clear and comprehensive documentation and share knowledge with the team.
– Collaborate with the team to escalate problems to the appropriate staff.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
– Excellent communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
– At least 2 years of experience in technical support.
– Experience with identity lifecycle management, authentication, access control, and access requests.
– Familiarity with Okta or other IdPs for day-to-day ticket management.
Beneficial Experience (not required, but helpful):
– Experience configuring identity and access management (IAM) tools such as SSO and MFA.
– Data-driven approach to identify trends and problem areas.
– Technical knowledge of app integration protocols like SCIM, SAML, and OIDC.

This infrastructure supports identity lifecycle management, SaaS onboarding and offboarding, authentication, access control and authorization, user access reviews, and access requests.
