Job Description:
In this role, you will lead the AI research and development efforts at Tether. You will have the opportunity to work with a global team of talented individuals, driving innovation and setting new industry standards. We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team and help us pioneer the next generation of AI models.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a strategy for creating high-quality AI models that set new industry standards.
– Manage and mentor a team of AI experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
– Collaborate with other departments to integrate AI models into market-driven solutions.
– Represent Tether in the AI community, sharing our work and knowledge through open contributions, speaking engagements, and publications.
– Utilize your expertise in computer science, AI, and machine learning to drive the development of advanced AI technologies.
– Lead the creation and optimization of AI solutions, from large-scale models for advanced applications to smaller, efficient models for personal use.
– Stay current with industry developments and advancements in AI technology.
Qualifications:
– A PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
– Solid track record in AI research and development.
– Experience building large models from scratch, including writing model code, gathering training data, and optimizing training and inference.
– Proficiency in NLP, computer vision, and multimodal learning.
– Strong skills in TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, and CUDA toolkit.
– Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse and high-performing teams.
– Advanced knowledge of distributed and high-performance computing systems.
– Excellent programming skills in Python, C++, JavaScript, or similar.
