Job Summary:
As a Senior Design Consultant at Suvoda, you will be responsible for designing and delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) solutions for clinical trials. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients and end-users have a seamless and successful experience with our software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to understand study requirements, develop specifications, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver IRT solutions for randomization and drug supply management
– Design IRT solutions based on clinical protocols, Suvoda proposals/work orders, and client discussions
– Thoroughly document all requirements in the specified template(s)
– Lead internal team review and serve as the main point of contact for IRT design-related questions
– Conduct client review of IRT specifications and make necessary updates
– Develop UAT plan, test scripts, and coordinate data setup for client UAT
– Act as the primary point of contact for design questions during the system build process
– Lead client UAT and track any required fixes or updates
– Support re-design or implementation of new features during the maintenance period
– Identify and assist with implementing process improvements for the services department
– Provide feedback to the product team for the design and development of new features
– Travel to client sites for meetings and user training sessions
– Assist customer care team with supporting system users via phone and email
– Train new staff members on Suvoda products and processes
– Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Analytical and systematic thinking ability
– Creative problem-solving skills
– Ability to understand technical details and communicate them to non-technical users
– Attention to detail
Experience:
– At least 3 years of experience in IRT or related field preferred
– Experience in clinical trials preferred
