About the Role:

Ultra Mobile, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a talented Senior CRM Analytics Analyst to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Manager of Retention & CRM Insights, this newly created role will be responsible for reporting maintenance, automation, and providing strategic insights. The ideal candidate is organized and innovative, with a strong background in measurement, reporting, and automation. In this role, you will oversee marketing analysis across programs, campaigns, segments, and channels, while monitoring trends to make strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Analyze the performance of marketing strategies and other data sets to drive optimizations
– Deliver innovative and data-driven marketing insights to inform integrated approaches
– Maintain and enhance measurement frameworks and KPIs to demonstrate the success of marketing tactics
– Drive organizational alignment and adoption of customer data metrics and marketing attribution methodologies
– Regularly deliver reports that interpret analytics and provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
– Maintain and improve upon full-funnel customer journey analytics
– Present arguments, insights, and recommendations to marketing leaders
– Collaborate with technical and business teams to build key deliverables and provide an integrated point of view
– Utilize technical skills in data querying, exploration, and analysis through various platforms and technologies

Qualifications:

– 3-5 years of relevant experience in CRM, eCommerce, and/or Digital Analytics
– Strong experience with data visualization platforms, such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, or PowerBI
– Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
– Passion for learning, problem-solving, and leveraging data for integrated marketing campaigns
– Understanding of marketing funnels and ability to align campaign strategies with customer journeys
– Strategic problem solver with a big picture orientation
– Strong initiative and curiosity for process improvement
– Highly organized with great attention to detail
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Experience managing multiple analytics projects and work streams
– Enthusiasm for working within a dynamic organization

Starting Salary and Benefits:

In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the starting salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, based on factors such as skill set, experience, and location. We also offer a variety of benefits, including health, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, and company-paid holidays.
