Position: Senior Data Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. As a world-class problem solver and highly structured thinker, you will use data to answer high-priority business questions and drive growth. You will also work closely with our Data & Analytics Engineering team to build and improve our operational data sets. The ideal candidate is someone who can quickly surface insights, effectively communicate them to stakeholders, and drive action.
Responsibilities:
– Use quantitative data analysis across multiple sources to provide insights and support decision making for business and product leaders
– Identify key metrics to inform our GTM strategy and track progress against company initiatives
– Build executive-facing dashboards to track progress across the business, including areas like Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous data discovery and usage
– Partner with internal stakeholders to prioritize and deliver against new report requests and analysis/business questions
– Build scalable analytical solutions in collaboration with Data Engineering
Qualifications:
– 3-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or other relevant technical roles, or 1-2 years of analyst experience paired with 1-2 years of consulting or other directly relevant experience
– Highly proficient in SQL with working knowledge of optimizing and debugging complex queries (ETL experience preferred)
– Proficiency in one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Sigma)
– Working knowledge of data engineering principles, including storing, managing, and retrieving large-scale data sets from multiple systems for analysis or operations
– Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
– Ownership mindset with the ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
– Experience with relevant tools (dbt, Tableau, Airflow, Salesforce) and designing A/B tests is a plus
