Job Responsibilities:
As an A·Team member, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that align with your interests and expertise. Our missions range from early-stage startups with renowned founders to well-funded companies and established non-tech organizations looking to innovate like a tech giant. These projects typically involve building ambitious software solutions from scratch with a team of 3-4 professionals.
Your role will include scoping out the project, providing options to the client, guiding strategy, and executing the selected solution. We work with clients who have a clear vision as well as those who need help finding the right direction, which is why we look for experienced senior developers who can collaborate and find the best solutions together.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking senior software developers who have left large companies or high-growth startups to pursue their craft with autonomy. Our ideal candidates are looking for consistent contract work and enjoy creating a variety of new products with other top-tier developers. While most of our team members spend the majority of their time on independent work, some are also employed full-time, working on side projects, or searching for their next big venture.
