Our company specializes in providing offshore virtual assistants and US-licensed nurses to healthcare organizations. We are open to candidates who can work as a freelancer, part-time, or full-time, as long as they possess a unique blend of precision and creativity.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to our innovative approach to business. You will be responsible for designing high-quality visuals for both digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, presentation templates, event collateral, and more. As a member of our marketing team, you will collaborate to ensure our designs align with our brand strategy and goals. We are looking for someone who can maintain brand consistency while infusing creative elements to keep our materials fresh and engaging. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is essential.
Requirements:
– A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work in both digital and print formats
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
– Experience with social media graphics for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
– Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
Creative Task – Showcase Your Talent:

Creative Brief:
Design a minimalistic social media post (Instagram or LinkedIn) that promotes Core-VA and encourages users to book a meeting.
Objective: Inspire action with a bold, minimal design that reflects Core-VA’s professional and approachable brand tone.
Guidelines:
– Keep the visual elements clean and simple, with a strong focus on the message.
– Ensure a clear call-to-action (CTA) encouraging users to book a meeting.
– Use minimal text while delivering maximum impact.
– Incorporate Core-VA’s brand identity (feel free to creatively interpret).
Deliverable:
Submit your social media post in PDF or JPEG format with a short explanation (max 150 words) about your design choices and how they align with Core-VA’s goals.
