Position: This is a remote position. “Remote” employees have the freedom to work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the company. Employees may live in the following locations: Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, Argentina.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
– Has 5-8+ years of relevant experience in Full Stack Engineering.
– Has 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
– Has 5+ years of experience in building .NET applications.
– Is an expert in designing and implementing server-side applications using ASP.NET Core and C#, with a focus on creating secure, efficient RESTful APIs and working with databases like SQL Server.
– Has 5+ years of experience in building interactive and responsive user interfaces using front-end technologies such as React, AngularJS, Next.js, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, etc.
– Is skilled in integrating front-end and back-end components, with a solid understanding of application architecture, allowing for seamless data flow and enhanced user experiences across full stack applications.
– Is comfortable with Linux/Unix command line and has MacOS proficiency.
– Has previous agency experience and experience working in software teams with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this full-time position is $2,793 to $3,720 USD per month. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all LATAM locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
