Business Analyst at GoFasti: Transforming Remote Work into Excellence for TopTalent from Latin America
GoFasti is a Talent-as-a-Service platform that connects world-class developers and designers from Latin America with leading companies around the world. We are currently seeking an English-fluent Business Analyst based in Latin America who is available to work remotely.
As a Business Analyst at GoFasti, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction by collaborating with consultants, experts, and solution providers. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our client methodologies, tools, and best practices. We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, a passion for learning and improving, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with consultants, experts, and solution providers to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client methodologies, tools, and best practices.
– Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
– Perform market research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the mobility sector.
– Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
– Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
– Conduct financial analysis including creating income statements, projections, and market analysis.
– Create visually appealing and logical presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a similar experience.
– 3+ years of experience with data manipulation & analysis.
– Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis and visualization tools.
– A passion for mobility and sustainability (Preferred).
– An entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative attitude.
– Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is (USD) $1,000 – $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. This is an independent contractor position through a payroll platform.
