Title: Senior/Lead .NET Software Engineer at IDT – Net2Phone Integrations Team
IDT is seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead .NET Software Engineer to join our Integrations team at Net2Phone. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining crucial integrations between Net2Phone and other platforms and services, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Take ownership of key systems, including integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, Zapier, and HubSpot, as well as the Public API and Webhooks.
– Maintain and expand systems to meet business needs and technical standards.
– Proactively improve architecture, performance, and best practices of owned systems.
– Lead initiatives to enhance reliability and scalability of integrations.
– Collaborate with Product Owner to gather and refine requirements for new integrations.
– Design scalable and efficient architectures for new features or integrations.
– Oversee full development lifecycle, from architecture and development to infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and production releases.
– Work with team members to improve processes and foster a culture of accountability and excellence in software delivery.
Qualifications:
– A leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
– Strong coding skills with a focus on clean, DRY, and well-documented code.
– Proven experience delivering scalable, reliable, and resilient web-based applications and services.
– Expertise in C# and .NET Core.
– Familiarity with front-end technologies, preferably React and TypeScript.
– Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
– Solid knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud services.
– Hands-on experience with Docker containers.
– Open-minded approach and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
– Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
– Good level of English (B2 or higher).
Bonus Qualifications:
– Knowledge of infrastructure provisioning and maintenance tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
– Familiarity with container orchestrators like ECS or EKS.
– Experience with Python 3.
