Responsibilities:
– Develop UX flows: Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for new products.
– Collaborate with product managers and engineers: Understand project requirements and user needs to drive the design process from concept to completion.
– Produce high-quality designs: Utilize wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that align with project goals.
– Maintain and improve design system: Ensure consistency and scalability of design by evolving our design system.
– Utilize qualitative insights and quantitative data: Make informed design decisions that prioritize user needs and drive business growth.
– Conduct A/B testing: Explore innovative ideas and validate user experience patterns.
– Prioritize user-centric design: Ensure that every feature not only meets business objectives but also resonates with our users, informed by direct feedback and collaborative research.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design.
– Proficient in design software such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
– Strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Experience with user research and A/B testing.
– Understanding of UX best practices and design principles.
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
