Position: Business Analyst at Protegrity

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening Protegrity’s enterprise-wide processes by understanding and documenting end-to-end procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with department leaders to implement positive changes. You will also work closely with the CFO and other business departments to drive enhancements to business processes, data flows, and change management.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, document, and test current processes across the business, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand and document standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with individual departments to recommend and implement changes, utilizing best practices for change management.
• Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
• Guide teams through process improvement strategies, change management, and use of metrics to drive performance.
• Document clear business requirements for process and technology changes.
• Perform process and data discovery to support business initiatives.
• Clearly document and communicate the outcomes of initiatives in a way that is easily understood by business stakeholders.
• Support work planning in various departments as needed.
• Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
• Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in an enterprise business analyst role.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and levels within the company.
• Strategic and operational mindset, utilizing hypothesis-driven analysis.
• Strong attention to detail that translates to clear and concise documentation.
• Focus on driving business value to support long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of Data Protection, Privacy, and Security preferred.
• BS in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Business Management, or Information Technology preferred.
Working Model:
This role is available as a fully remote position, with occasional on-site meetings based on business needs. In certain circumstances, the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
