Position: Full-Stack Developer

We are a rapidly growing company known for our engaging and interactive trivia events. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong front-end focus to join our technical team and help elevate the experience of our trivia community.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with expertise in front-end development using Angular and React. While the primary responsibility will be front-end development, a solid understanding of back-end technologies, particularly Python, is essential. Our team is transitioning to AWS services, so knowledge or experience with AWS is a plus. Candidates with design skills and a grasp of UX/UI concepts will be preferred, but it is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications with a focus on front-end using Angular and React.
– Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate Python-based server-side logic.
– Assist in transitioning applications to AWS services (knowledge of AWS is beneficial but not mandatory).
– Work closely with the design and product teams to ensure a responsive, user-friendly, and accessible interface.
– Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
– Solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and performance.
Requirements:
– Strong front-end development experience with Angular and React.
– Familiarity with back-end technologies, particularly Python.
– Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS (optional but preferred).
– Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
– Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and communicate effectively with team members.
– Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles (not mandatory but a plus).
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in full-stack development using modern frameworks.
– Knowledge of AWS services and tools.
– Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
– Experience with PHP and WordPress.
