Our client is a rapidly growing software-as-a-service company operating remotely. They specialize in developing web and mobile software for the property inspection industry. They are currently seeking a Senior UX/Design System Engineer (Vue) to join their expanding team.
Their platform streamlines the inspection process for home inspectors, agents, and buyers, making it more efficient and empowering users to make well-informed decisions.

Our client is seeking an exceptional UX Engineer, a digital expert who can turn abstract design concepts into functional code while leading the development of a design system that will shape the future of their product.
They are not simply looking for a UX Engineer; they are looking for a visionary who will revolutionize their design and engineering collaboration.
As their UX Engineer and Design System Architect, you will play a central role in their product development process, serving as the alchemist who transforms design ideas into technical reality. You will be the bridge that connects the design and engineering teams, and the primary advocate for the design system.
Responsibilities:
– Develop, maintain, and enhance the design system using Vue.js and Tailwind CSS
– Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create reusable components and patterns
– Ensure consistent implementation of design principles across all of our client’s products
– Promote the design system within the engineering team
– Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
– Contribute to the development of style guides and documentation for the design system
– Continuously improve the performance and accessibility of the design system
Requirements:
Required:
– 5+ years of professional experience with Vue.js and its ecosystem
– 3+ years of professional experience working with Typescript
– Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles
– Advanced fluency in English, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues
Preferred:
– Demonstrable experience working with and/or building design systems
– Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility
– Previous experience working with US-based companies
– Familiarity with Agile methodologies

LATAM (Latin America) Fully Remote
