Role Overview:
Vidyard is seeking a talented and experienced Staff Product Designer to join our Product Design team. Reporting to the Director of UX, this role will play a pivotal role in shaping our UX strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop a strategic UX vision for our products and features, with a focus on simplicity, delight, and user satisfaction.
– Conduct research and gather insights to inform product strategy and drive business outcomes.
– Drive the quality and user delight of our products by continuously pushing the bar for UX design.
– Collaborate with product teams to create a cohesive and high-quality user experience.
– Present design work to senior leadership and influence and inspire with thoughtful storytelling.
– Coach and educate other designers on the team and promote the value of great design.
– Balance long-term vision with short-term execution to continuously deliver value aligned with our overall vision.
Qualifications:
– 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a software company.
– Strong understanding of research and testing methods to develop customer empathy and validate ideas.
– Ability to own the end-to-end design process.
– Experience with both conceptual and high-fidelity design.
– Familiarity with Product-led Growth (PLG) companies is a plus.
– Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
