Position: Associate Creative Director at BrandBounteous x Accolite

We are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative Contract Associate Creative Director to lead our internal communication and brand initiatives. This position will play a crucial role in shaping and elevating the BrandBounteous x Accolite brand, creating visually compelling content for our Internal Marketing and Business Development teams, and serving as the global staffing team lead until 2024. We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and proven experience managing creative teams and projects in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
– Lead, inspire, and motivate teams to create innovative, customer-centric solutions that drive business goals
– Articulate a clear vision and priorities informed by business needs and strategy
– Create and maintain engaging brand experiences
– Possess a multidisciplinary skillset, including product design, strategy, brand development, and digital marketing
– Shape and direct creative strategy and deliverables for various digital platforms and experiences
– Facilitate and oversee creative activities such as experience strategy development, design workshops, copywriting, and art direction
– Ensure all creative deliverables align with project goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with clients to establish strategies and align goals with tactics
– Participate in broader practice and organizational efforts related to team capabilities, growth, culture, and values
– Act as a career coach for other team members and support their development and training needs
– Work closely with XD senior leadership to define and execute practice processes, methodologies, standards, and initiatives
– Contribute to our culture and atmosphere, quality of work, and growth as experience designers
– Provide creative leadership for new business pitches in partnership with business development and account teams, including developing ideas and concepts and shaping a compelling story
– Stay updated on design best practices, trends, and tools and participate in the local design community
– Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
– Effectively manage time and communicate proactively with project team members
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 10 years of experience as a creative professional, with a focus on design, user experience, and storytelling
– Consulting/Agency experience is a plus
– At least 3 years of experience mentoring and managing a team
– Proven track record of leading engagements and providing creative direction
– Experience in estimating, pitching, planning, and staffing work
– Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels
– Experience facilitating workshops and discovery activities
– Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Experience in Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics programs is a plus
– Passion for human-centered design and strong listening skills
– Ability to work well in a diverse and inclusive environment
