About the Company:
Spidergap/AirManual is a SaaS business with two products, Spidergap and AirManual, that provide tools for personal and business development. We are a small, 100% remote, profitable, and ambitious company that values work-life balance and personal growth.
We are currently seeking a full-stack developer who is passionate about delivering high-quality code, loves working in a small and experienced team, and enjoys helping real customers achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the team to deliver solutions from design to release
– Write reliable, modular, and well-tested code
– Proactively raise ideas and issues to improve designs
– Support other team members through peer review
– Help optimize development processes and build tools
– Ensure clear communication of progress, issues, and ideas
– Deliver outstanding customer support
Requirements:
– 2+ years of JavaScript experience, working on production code
– Experience with front-end libraries in production, such as React or Vue
– Experience with React, SQL, HTML, CSS, and automated testing
– Happy to work remotely
– Strong attention to detail and a focus on code quality and scalability
– Passionate about personal development and continuous improvement
– Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
– Ability and eagerness to learn new technologies

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
– Strong understanding of “clean” code principles and agile processes

– Familiarity with GitHub and version control
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting

Location Requirements:
– Must have an effective work environment for remote work
– Must be located in a time zone between UTC -4 (New York) and UTC +6 (Dhaka)
