Senior Frontend Engineer at dv01
dv01 is revolutionizing the world of data management, reporting, and analytics for institutional investors in the lending market. Our platform provides loan-level transparency and insights, making the market more efficient and safer for everyone. As a key player in the intersection between lenders and capital markets, we integrate data from 16 marketplace lending platforms, including LendingClub, Prosper, and SoFi, as well as multiple mortgage servicers. With over $105 billion in online lending and mortgage loans and $1.4 trillion in securitization coverage to date, dv01 is leading the way in data transparency.
At dv01, we value innovation and collaboration, and we’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing transparency to the $13 trillion consumer lending market by enabling our customers, including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and credit originators, to extract insights from large datasets. You will also have the opportunity to work with a modern, open-source stack that includes React, Redux, Node.js, and JVM languages like Scala and Kotlin. In this role, you will:
– Bring transparency to the financial markets by enabling customers to extract insights from large datasets
– Develop using a modern, open-source stack including React, Redux, Node.js, and JVM languages
– Build the future of our distributed systems, working with talented engineers to develop scalable and performant frontend architectures
– Collaborate with other teams at dv01, including product, design, and data engineering, to create great products
– Gain knowledge of the financial industry and learn about the participants, terminology, and mathematics behind this sector of the financial markets
We are looking for someone who:
– Has at least 5 years of experience as a well-rounded engineer
– Understands the importance of engineering fundamentals such as writing tests and designing systems for long-term maintainability
– Is architecture-oriented and has a strong understanding of scalable and performant frontend architectures
– Is excited to collaborate on difficult problems and enjoys exploring ideas with their team
– Is curious and eager to expand their knowledge of the financial industry
In good faith, our salary range for this role is $150,000 – $160,000, but we are not tied to it. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and will be determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience, expertise, and other business considerations.
