Salary: OTE $54,000 – $60,000 (Base salary: $48,600 – $54,000) + Stock Options

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team and work closely with our sales and customer success departments. In this role, you will be responsible for presales and onboarding activities, including technical software demonstrations, responding to RFPs/RFIs, creating proposals, developing customized solutions, and managing the onboarding process for new clients. Additionally, you will conduct A/B tests and provide best practices to help clients generate more revenue. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, organized, and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Actively engage in presales and onboarding activities for large, complex enterprise clients, ensuring successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
– Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive revenue growth.
– Work closely with product teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development.
– Communicate and align with cross-functional teams to execute projects successfully.
– Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives.
– Manage high-stress situations and work under pressure to deliver results.
– Respond to RFPs and lead A/B tests for customers in collaboration with our Analytics team.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in implementation and solutions engineering, technical sales, or a related field at SAAS companies.
– Strong technical skills, including web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management.
– Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and integration.
– Proficiency in front-end website development (HTML/CSS).
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth, and dynamic environment.
– Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in solving complex technical issues.
– Experience working with international (preferably Eastern European) product and back-end teams is a plus.
– Ability to architect and communicate optimal solutions to prospects, existing customers, and internal team members.
– Fluent in spoken and written English.
