The Team:
Our Engineering team is responsible for developing the technology that connects and scales the home health ecosystem, making home the preferred place of care for positive patient outcomes. We work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a higher quality patient experience. Our team is collaborative, supportive, empathetic, curious, and impact-oriented. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong frontend development skills to join our team and drive high-impact engineering projects.
The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will report to the Engineering Manager and play a key role in the execution, planning, and release of our engineering projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional team members to turn product strategy into technical strategy and develop and implement new product features for our customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring technical quality and agility in our software delivery and mentoring team members to promote an engineering culture rooted in quality and delivery.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a software engineering role and a strong focus on frontend development. You should be proficient in frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Redux, and have experience with CSS and component libraries. You should also have experience building RESTful APIs and backend systems. We are seeking a proactive technical leader who is driven by a strong bias to action and can effectively manage multiple projects in a startup environment.
