Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing our software and platforms to meet the needs of our customers. You will utilize your analytical and creative skills to understand user needs and solve problems. Experience with medical records and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
Responsibilities:
– Analyze product specifications and user expectations
– Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
– Create personas based on user research results
– Develop appropriate interaction models and evaluate their success
– Build wireframes and prototypes based on customer needs
– Solve UX problems using a creative approach
– Collaborate with UI designers to implement attractive designs
– Discuss design ideas and prototypes with developers
– Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role
– Strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects
– Knowledge of design software
– Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript
– Experience in project management and research is a bonus
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented approach
– Excellent communication skills
