About the Role:
As a member of YipitData’s Corporate team, you will work closely with top organizations like Traeger, FanDuel, Uber, and Harbor Freight to help them make sense of the vast amounts of external data available. You will be responsible for sourcing, cleaning, organizing, and contextualizing data to support our clients in answering their key business questions. We are looking for a talented Data Consultant – Corporate (officially titled “Solutions Associate”) with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing Solutions team. In this role, you will develop and deliver data-driven insights products for our clients, gaining exposure to executives and making a meaningful impact on the businesses we support.
This is a remote-friendly position and can be based in NYC, our headquarters, or anywhere in the US.
As a Solutions Associate, you will have the opportunity to:
– Deliver data and products for corporate accounts, ensuring quality and engaging with clients on technical and product-oriented questions
– Collaborate with our central data team to refine and improve data products and features
– Engage with clients to uncover business opportunities and provide actionable insights
– Drive towards and document impact stories to demonstrate ROI for our clients
– Contribute to the development of new analytic techniques to serve customer business needs and drive customer value
You are likely to succeed in this role if you have:
– 2-4 years of experience in business analytics or consulting
– Experience working with brand manufacturers and/or retailers and understanding their business needs
– Strong data storytelling skills
– A passion for data analysis; experience with SQL and/or Python is preferred, but a willingness to learn is highly valued
– The ability to work collaboratively in an innovative, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment
