Position: Lead Designer at Bounteous x Accolite
Bounteous x Accolite is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will take the lead in delivering high-quality and creative projects across various industries.
As the Lead Designer, your passion for design will drive the team’s energy and conceptual solutions from start to finish. You will also serve as a mentor to other designers, helping to develop their skills and perspectives. Our team values strong communication and collaboration, and as a Lead Designer, you will participate in daily discussions, lead internal working sessions, and confidently present design decisions to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
– Contribute to the development and sharing of design methodologies, best practices, and processes
– Utilize conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills to develop design solutions based on insights and research
– Lead the design of detailed and on-brand digital initiatives that meet customer needs, business objectives, and project KPIs with minimal oversight
– Effectively communicate the intention behind design decisions and their impact on the user experience to both internal and external teams
– Stay updated on current design trends and methodologies, particularly in the digital space
– Cultivate strong relationships with project and client teams
– Manage time efficiently and communicate proactively with project teams
– Mentor and lead junior team members in their professional development

Preferred Qualifications:
– 6+ years of visual design experience, preferably at a digital agency
– Strong client presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate how the work addresses client challenges
– Experience leading design projects from start to finish with minimal oversight
– Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
– Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics programs is a plus Apply link
