Job Description:
As a Full Stack Engineer at SentiLink, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our web application and platform used for fraud analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product & Design, Solutions Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, and Data Platform to create new products and enhance our existing suite of products.
Technologies Used:
React, Golang, Python, PostgreSQL (RDS), Docker, and various AWS technologies (Lambda, Cognito, and other standard technologies).
This is a remote position based in the United States.
Responsibilities:
– Code, test, debug, document, and ship software applications using established coding standards and methodologies
– Design and develop APIs to provide application data for the UI
– Collaborate with product management to deliver both new and existing products, based on project requirements, UX design, and industry best practices
– Ensure software quality by writing unit and end-to-end automated tests
– Analyze product usage and metrics to inform strategic decisions, in collaboration with product, data, and other stakeholders
– Troubleshoot and resolve product issues as they arise
– Work cross-functionally to solve complex partner problems
– Ensure platform and services meet SLA requirements, participate in on-call rotation for production issues, along with the rest of the engineering team
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of software development experience, building enterprise or consumer-facing products
– Proficiency with modern front-end JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular
– Experience developing API-based products using Python, Golang, or similar technologies
– Strong skills in RDBMS (e.g. PostgreSQL) and ability to write efficient queries with optimal structures
– Familiarity with Docker and AWS technologies is a plus
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sense of humor and a passion for learning
– Experience working in a scrum/Agile development environment
– Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
– Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States
Salary Range: $130,000/year – $170,000/year
