Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Designer with a passion for graphic design and a proven track record of leveraging design expertise to drive successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in all stages of the design process. They will collaborate with multiple teams across the company to turn ideas into visually appealing designs that connect with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop creative assets for various marketing and business objectives, including digital and print materials such as emails, social graphics, web banners and landing pages, eBooks, infographics, presentations, print collateral, and trade show displays.
– Use advanced design skills to maintain and enhance Blackpoint’s brand, working closely with the Creative Director.
– Lead the development of digital assets for our website and partner portal to create a seamless user experience.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring files are organized according to department standards.
– Communicate and collaborate effectively, incorporating design feedback from team members and identifying testing opportunities.
– Oversee the design process from concept to final deliverable, translating verbal ideas into visual concepts and creating production-ready artwork.
– Create marketing materials based on feedback from the sales team and clients to support our partners in promoting our services and software.
– Bring new ideas for engaging design and content creation to the team.
– Promote design guidelines, best practices, and industry trends.
– Grow with the company and help shape the future of our brand.
Qualifications:
– Approximately 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital and print design, preferably in the tech and cybersecurity field.
– Strong understanding of design best practices, including typography, layout, color theory, and marketing fundamentals.
– Ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
– Knowledge of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with our brand’s identity.
– Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
– A strong portfolio showcasing your design abilities, style, and experience.
– Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
