Job Title: Senior Data Scientist – User Acquisition at Remerge

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our User Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our Real-time Bidding solution, utilizing machine learning and data-driven insights. Our team’s mission is to pioneer a new bidding algorithm in a rapidly growing and highly adaptable industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and operations team to develop data-driven strategies for user growth and engagement.
– Utilize data analysis to derive insights and guide strategic decisions, promoting a culture where data is at the heart of decision-making.
– Stay informed about industry trends and use data analysis to challenge existing practices and identify areas for improvement.
– Lead data science projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a data scientist, with at least 2 years of expertise in User Acquisition or Real-time Bidding.
– Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other analytical tools, with the ability to conduct independent data analysis on live experiments.
– Strong understanding of bidding algorithm development, deployment, and optimization, particularly in the User Acquisition context.
– Extensive experience with planning, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests and other online experiments to refine product offerings and strategies.
