Position Overview
We are seeking an Enterprise Systems Analyst (Finance) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our financial systems, including our ERP platform and all associated integrations. You will work closely with operations, finance, accounting, and other key departments to ensure that our systems meet business needs, streamline processes, and maintain accurate data. With your expertise in identifying gaps and inefficiencies, you will design solutions that drive automation, enhance financial reporting, and optimize operations.
Key Responsibilities
– Evaluate current finance system usage and identify areas for improvement and automation.
– Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and system dependencies.
– Develop and document system requirements that align with business goals.
– Evaluate and recommend additional finance-related applications to enhance or replace existing systems.
– Gather and translate business needs into technical requirements.
– Troubleshoot system issues and provide root cause analysis.
– Coordinate system updates and manage tickets submitted by different teams.
– Work closely with development and quality assurance teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
– Manage project timelines and create comprehensive documentation.
– Support training efforts as needed.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
– 5+ years of relevant experience.
– Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
– Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
– Excellent communication, documentation, and listening skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Experience with data analytics.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Business analysis skills.
– Attention to detail.
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
