Position: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Creative team and help drive our email marketing strategy to increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
• Design visually stunning and effective digital content for various lifecycle marketing efforts, including email campaigns, evergreen and drip campaigns
• Create digital content optimized to achieve key performance metrics, such as click-through and conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Lifecycle and Senior Creative Director to ensure brand creative vision is carried out through digital and email
• Develop original concepts with a fresh visual design approach, informed by current performance and market trends
• Review and interpret creative briefs to create on-brand graphics (layout, typography, composition)
• Maintain a strong understanding of Curology and Agency brands and the beauty/skincare landscape
• Utilize design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and others to create exceptional and strategic designs
• Bonus points for candidates with CSS and HTML experience!

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a digital graphic designer in a creative in-house environment
• Knowledge and insight of design best practices within email templates (i.e. live text vs embedded design content)
• Relevant industry experience in subscription, beauty, or DTC strongly preferred
• Strong portfolio of work showcasing exceptional design skills, including typography, layout, and prototyping
• Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and others
• Passion for design and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
• Attention to detail and ability to organize graphic layouts based on messaging hierarchy
• Strong collaborator who can work closely with internal team members and external creative partners
• Excellent communication skills, especially in a remote environment

Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
