Responsibilities:
As a UX Researcher IV, you will play a critical role in championing the voice of the customer across the organization. You will independently lead and drive research projects from start to finish, including identifying research questions, defining participant samples, choosing methodologies, designing studies, and presenting insights and recommendations to various teams and leaders. You will also set the standard for quality within the UX Research team and demonstrate the impact of your research efforts across the organization. Additionally, you will contribute to the team culture by providing feedback, experimenting with new approaches, and mentoring others to help them grow.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of professional experience conducting user research and a Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related field. You should also be comfortable working in an Agile environment and have experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Additionally, you should possess strong collaboration skills and the ability to balance ideal research methods with pragmatism. Organization, autonomy, and adaptability are also essential for this role.

Compensation:
The anticipated pay scale for this position is $160,000 to $175,000 annually, with potential for variation based on experience. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
