Lead UX Designer I, Product Management
Position Overview:
Saviynt is seeking a talented and experienced Lead UX Designer to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing a user-centric and pleasant customer experience for Saviynt’s SAAS platform. As a Lead UX Designer, you will utilize your non-linear thinking skills to capture interactions, edge-cases, and various states of the user experience through deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity final designs. You will also work closely with an agile approach and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and provide constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop a comprehensive understanding of Saviynt’s business and SAAS platform to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs based on product requirements.
– Collaborate with UX Researcher, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to fulfill the overall product/feature vision.
– Manage project pipeline and bandwidth to deliver designs in a timely manner aligned with the software roadmap.
– Contribute to the development of Saviynt’s evolving pattern library.
– Provide prototypes and deliverables to enhance UI interactions and motion.
– Lead design quality assurance and take ownership of all assets delivered to Engineering.
– Maintain design systems and libraries to ensure visual consistency across the product.
– Create user journey maps and personas to inform user-centric designs.
– Provide continuous and constructive design feedback.
– Lead design concept presentations to executive leadership, customers, and prospects.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or related field.
– At least 5 years of experience in a web-based, product-centric company.
– Strong self-starter with excellent communication and project management skills.
– Digital portfolio showcasing a customer-centric design process.
– Exceptional design velocity and proficiency in developing concepts and variations.
– Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
– Strong understanding and practice of user-centric design principles.
– Proven ability to create concepts and final designs with attention to detail.
– Collaborative and iterative approach to product design.
– Comfortable working remotely with teammates and stakeholders in different time zones.
– Experience designing complex mobile designs and workflows.
– Low ego approach and highly collaborative.
– Experience presenting design concepts and workflows to company leaders and customers.
Desired Experience:
– Knowledge of Identity Security, Access Management, or Cybersecurity.
– Ability to understand complex data structures and provide design options for diverse hierarchies.
– Experience with motion graphics and UI animations for web applications.
– Experience with enterprise web-based products focused on platform administration.
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end prototyping.
– Experience with user research and quantitative usability testing.
– Knowledge of databases and programming.
– Experience with technical platform products and developer users.
– Experience with quantitative user behavior analysis software tools.
– Background in SaaS products.
