Role Overview:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Canny, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our product, with a focus on providing an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate with our product and design teams to develop and implement new features, optimize existing features, and troubleshoot and fix bugs to enhance customer experiences. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies, and contribute to technical documentation.

Experience & Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on frontend development
– Production experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS
– Strong desire to shape the technical direction of the product, lead architectural decision making, and mentor others
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
– Experience working autonomously and in a small team, preferably remote
– Demonstrated ability to onboard and integrate with an organization long-term (minimum of 2 years at one company within the last 5 years)
Bonus Points:
– Experience building enterprise and/or SaaS software
– Deep experience with frontend web applications
