Job Description

Your Role

As the Sr. Principal of Value CoE Data Analytics, you will play a crucial role in capturing and deriving insights from customer data to drive value selling. You will be responsible for developing and managing a benchmarking database, analyzing performance data, and providing data-driven recommendations. Your insights will support the expansion of value-based engagement throughout the customer journey. You will also collaborate with product teams to integrate and effectively utilize telemetry data and develop data strategies to enhance value selling.

Your Impact

Data Capture & Analysis

– Capture and analyze customer data to derive actionable insights
– Develop and manage a comprehensive benchmarking database
– Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

Recommendations & Strategy

– Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales strategies and customer engagements
– Collaborate with product teams to integrate telemetry data into analytical frameworks
– Develop and implement data strategies to leverage telemetry data for enhancing value selling

Collaboration & Integration

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective use of data insights
– Engage with product teams to ensure seamless integration of telemetry data into business processes
– Communicate data insights to stakeholders across the organization

Qualifications

Your Experience

– Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
– Demonstrated success in capturing and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights
– Strong experience in developing and managing benchmarking databases
– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
– Experience working with product teams to integrate and utilize telemetry data
– Proven ability to develop and implement data strategies
– Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, etc.)
– Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred, or equivalent military experience required

The Team

The Worldwide Shared Services organization develops best practices and resources to enable consistently high performance within our global Go-to-Market organization. We support the executive team by facilitating the largest transformations impacting the Sales experience and providing hands-on support to selling teams with deal strategy, expertise, and programs.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $167,000 – $247,000 per year. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
