Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Full-Stack Developer to lead a critical transformation project for a financial industry client. The main objective of this project is to optimize and modernize their existing tools, with a focus on reducing technical debt and improving file processing capabilities. As the Senior Developer, you will be responsible for managing a team, serving as the main point of contact for the client, and driving technical progress on key project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor a team of two, providing technical guidance and support to a junior team member
– Collaborate closely with the client to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication on progress and deliverables
– Identify and resolve technical debt within the client’s existing tools, promoting sustainable and efficient solutions
– Optimize and enhance file processing systems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
– Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project milestones and timelines are met
– Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment, sharing best practices and promoting continuous improvement
Required Skills:
– Strong expertise in backend development using C# (.NET, MVC)
– Proficiency in front-end development using React
– Experience with Azure cloud services
Soft Skills:
– Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, particularly in coaching and guiding junior developers
