Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motion Designer to join our team remotely. At Clay, Motion Designers play a crucial role in developing captivating digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with our team of experts to bring ideas to life, utilizing your expertise in complex interface animations, 2D infographics, 2D character animation, and frame-by-frame animation. Requirements:
– High-level proficiency in software, specifically After Effects and its plugins
– Strong understanding of interface animation, both real and cinematic, and staying up-to-date on aesthetic and technological trends in motion design
– Ability to effectively communicate design solutions to individuals with no design or animation background
– Proactive and engaged in project processes, considering objectives and striving for more than just meeting expectations
– Problem-solving skills and a desire to optimize workflow through the use of scripts, plugins, and tools
– Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for delivering clean and polished motion design projects
– Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
