Job Description:
As a Principal Software Engineer at CloudWalk, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality backend applications and ensuring the best user experience. Our fast-paced environment requires individuals who can handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. As a member of our engineering team, you will have a high standard for code quality and be able to mentor junior developers.
Responsibilities:
– Develop backend applications using your expertise in architecture, monitoring, and product knowledge
– Create and maintain automated test suites and troubleshoot production issues
– Mentor junior developers
– Work closely with other developers, business stakeholders, and product owners to ensure successful product delivery
Requirements:
– Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in software engineering
– Demonstrated leadership experience
– Strong coding and scripting skills
– Ability to collaborate across different engineering teams
– Experience with service-oriented architectures and large-scale systems
– Comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving
– Ability to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementations
– Excellent communication skills in English for internal team communication
