Position: Senior Unreal Engine Developer
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Senior Unreal Engine Developer for one of our clients. As a growth-oriented individual who is passionate about their work, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative ideas and develop exciting products.
Key Requirements:
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Unreal Engine development
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine Blueprint scripting
• Extensive knowledge of Unreal Engine systems, including gameplay framework, animation, rendering, AI, and physics
• Experience optimizing games for performance and scalability on various platforms (PC, console, mobile)
• Familiarity with multiplayer/networked gameplay systems and techniques
• Understanding of industry-standard tools, workflows, and pipelines
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience working on shipped titles, particularly AAA games
• Familiarity with VR/AR development using Unreal Engine
• Expertise in shaders, materials, and rendering optimization
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or C#
• Experience with source control tools like Git, Perforce, or SVN
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance systems and gameplay mechanics using Unreal Engine 4/5
• Implement advanced features such as AI, physics, rendering, and networking
• Collaborate with designers and artists to seamlessly integrate gameplay features and assets
• Write, debug, and maintain clean, modular, and scalable C++/Blueprint code
• Lead technical discussions, contribute to project planning, and provide expert guidance on Unreal Engine best practices
• Identify and address technical challenges to ensure performance and stability across platforms
• Stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine developments and implement new features/tools as needed
