Position: Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives at Talkiatry
Talkiatry, a national mental health practice, is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Strategic Initiatives team. This is a crucial role in our mission to transform mental healthcare and integrate it with the broader healthcare ecosystem. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in scaling our Mindshare Referral Program, which aims to provide accessible care to millions of patients.
In this role, you will combine data-driven insights with strategic thinking to develop and implement the playbook for our program. You will also be responsible for driving growth by expanding our partnerships and building scalable solutions. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and has a strong ability to analyze data, find growth opportunities, and build relationships with partners.
About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry is committed to providing accessible, human, and responsible mental healthcare. Co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist, we aim to solve the problems faced by both patients and clinicians in accessing and providing high-quality treatment. We believe that everyone deserves access to mental healthcare and that psychiatrists should be able to focus on providing care, rather than dealing with administrative burdens.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities within our partnership ecosystem
– Develop strategic insights to drive planning and resource allocation
– Own and track key metrics, such as partnership funnel conversion and patient access improvements
– Collaborate with leadership to inform forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes
– Design and launch pilot programs to test new partnership models and expansion strategies
– Work with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and optimize processes
– Support high-value partnership relationships through data-driven account planning
– Create materials and deliver presentations to demonstrate our value proposition
– Lead strategic partner meetings and hold partners accountable for key initiatives
Requirements:
– 4-7 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, high-growth operations, or similar roles
– Exposure to healthcare, particularly innovative delivery models, is a plus
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
– Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL
– Experience developing executive-level presentations
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Bachelor’s degree (experience in healthcare is a plus)
Why Work at Talkiatry:
– Join a diverse and experienced team dedicated to making a difference in mental health care
– Be part of a collaborative environment and help build something from the ground up
– Enjoy flexible location options, either remote across the U.S. or at our HQ in NYC
– Receive excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, generous PTO, and more
– Grow your career with our Learning team as Talkiatry expands
– We prioritize the well-being of our team, as we are a mental health company
