Job Title: Advanced Data Analyst
Job Purpose:
As an Advanced Data Analyst at Bosch, you will play a crucial role in defining and establishing new data analytics solutions for our mobility company on a global scale. You will also be responsible for enhancing existing solutions to meet the requirements of various international stakeholders. These solutions are a vital part of our digital transformation and will support the implementation of new working procedures to achieve our company targets.
Key Activities:
– Define data analytics solutions for our mobility company and manage requirements for international stakeholders
– Develop and improve complex data backends and corresponding user interfaces for data analytics solutions
– Monitor and document solutions for effective communication on a global scale
– Manage the development of new associates in the Indian team
– Conduct trainings and provide support for developed solutions worldwide
– Ensure compliance with commercial processes and internal guidelines, such as OMP (Bosch India) Central Directives
Network:
– Collaborate with BBM GBs, BBM BUs, and BBM entities to align on solution requirements
– Work with C/SCL, M/BD, M/LO, and Central Directives to align on architecture and IT solution standards
Qualifications:
– Education: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, MBA in Supply Chain or Operations, or MCA
– Experience: 7-8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, preferably in a cross-functional, cross-location, and matrix organization, with experience in IPN networks, logistics processes, and SAP systems (ERP, APO)
– Knowledge: Proficient in end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes, IT tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, AZURE, Power-BI, etc.), SQL programming language, and data architecture
– Functional Skills: Excellent communication skills in a diverse and international environment, experience with agile working methods, and strong problem-solving and data analytics abilities
