Product Designer at SingleFile – Remote, US Based
SingleFile, a cutting-edge legal compliance automation company, is seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our distributed team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional team members to design intuitive, efficient, and impactful user experiences. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will play a key role in shaping our product experiences and delivering exceptional user experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the design process with a focus on understanding user needs and creating customer-centric solutions
– Create rough sketches, low-fidelity wireframes, and prototypes to explore solutions and validate concepts
– Design intuitive and scalable solutions for complex workflows
– Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
– Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and the Chief Product Officer to translate the product vision into engaging, efficient user experiences
– Actively participate in remote team meetings and cross-functional discussions
– Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
Qualifications:
– 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS design
– Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design solutions for complex, data-heavy applications
– Passion for understanding users and experience conducting customer research
– Expertise in user interface design, information architecture, and UX principles
– Comfortable working in a remote team setting and collaborating effectively across different time zones
– Ability to use data and feedback to inform design decisions
– Creative problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges
