Job Overview:
As a Digital Experience Designer at NeuraFlash, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive experiences for users, delivering significant business value to our clients. Working closely with our talented AI team, you will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our success. This position focuses on conversational design for both voice and text-based solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
– Establish content, strategies, and personas for voice and text-based automated solutions
– Lead requirement gathering and client design sessions
– Create client-facing deliverables with a focus on user interaction and experience
– Collaborate on intent discovery and natural language models
– Work with developers and QA testers throughout the project lifecycle
– Help drive success criteria and reporting
– Provide analysis and recommendations for deployed solutions
– Contribute to and maintain design systems across platforms
– Design and prototype products and provide product feedback
Required Qualifications:
– Significant experience in customer-facing consulting roles
– 3+ years of experience in user experience and user interaction
– Degree in design, user experience, communication, or a related discipline
– Experience creating mockups and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
– Proficient in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, or InVision
– Ability to work with a conversational platform and graphical builder interface
– Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional end-user experiences
– Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, such as Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce, Amazon Lex, and Google Dialogflow
– Ability to tell outcome-oriented stories that demonstrate client return on investment
Preferred Skills:
– Experience designing conversational flows for text-based bots (e.g., web, Facebook Messenger, etc.)
– Experience building voice user interfaces (VUI) or advanced integrated voice response (IVR) systems
– Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
– Experience with prompt writing and generative AI-powered platforms

– Panel interview with real-time exercise (60 minutes) – video call split into two parts: a prompt to discuss potential solution options live and time to interact with team members
– Organization lead interview (45 minutes) – video call to discuss your experience overcoming challenges and the tools you used to do so
