Responsibilities:
As an A·Team member, you will regularly receive invites to impactful projects that align with your interests and skills. These projects may range from early-stage incubations with world-class founders to established companies looking to innovate like a tech giant.
Typically, projects involve building a new software solution from scratch as part of a small team of 3-4 people. Your responsibilities may include scoping out the project, providing options to the client, guiding strategy, and executing the selected solution. As a senior developer, you will also be expected to work collaboratively with your team to find the best approach, even if the client’s vision is not clear.
Qualifications:
– Senior software developers with experience at large companies or high-growth startups who now prefer the autonomy of contract work.
– Preference for consistent contract work over a full-time role, with a desire to work on a variety of projects with other top-tier developers.
– Most A·Team members spend the majority of their time on independent work, but a significant percentage may also be employed full-time, working on a side project, or seeking their next big opportunity.
– Not suitable for individuals looking for small, short-term projects or those with less than 4 years of experience (recent university/bootcamp graduates may be considered in the future).
