Position: UI/UX Designer
Location: Inhouse design team
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to join our dynamic team. As a part of our team, you will collaborate with the Design BA to analyze information architecture, create prototypes, develop visual solutions, and ensure successful project implementation. Our clientele span various industries such as Professional Services (including Financial and Accounting), Digital Services (such as Human Resources, Remote & Hybrid Work, Logistics, and Transportation), and more.
Requirements:
Hard Skills:
– Advanced knowledge of Figma, including experience with components, features (autolayouts, constraints, etc.), libraries, and design systems
– Proficiency in collaboration and mind mapping tools (we primarily use FigJam)
– Deep understanding of HCD, UCD, and other methodologies
– Experience with usability testing and analytics tools
– Familiarity with WCAG guidelines
– Ability to conduct research and discovery to define project concepts and UX architecture
– Optional: Experience with UI animation
– Optional: Experience with code-based prototyping tools (e.g., Framer)
Soft Skills:
– Adherence to team values and principles
– Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and take responsibility for tasks
– Strong communication skills and the ability to provide logical explanations for design solutions
– Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback based on nonviolent communication principles

Portfolio:
A portfolio showcasing at least 4 complex web applications (such as SaaS, CRM, ERP, admin, dashboards, etc.) is mandatory. We require the portfolio to be submitted beforehand, but if there are any confidentiality agreements, you may present it during the interview.
Languages:
– English: At least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level (as all our clients speak English and our designers are often involved in conversations)
– Fluent in Ukrainian
Responsibilities:
– Complete design tasks assigned by the Design BA
– Adhere to team design standards
– Conduct self-checks to ensure high-quality mockups
– Deliver full interface designs according to defined requirements
– Communicate with the development team to provide updates on mockup progress, along with the Design BA
– Conduct UX research and develop UI concepts
– Collaborate with the Design Lead to set personal growth goals and plans
– Be proactive in suggesting new processes, standards, and team activities
– Identify areas for product design improvement and provide alternative solutions
– Estimate design tasks and inform the Design BA of progress and updates
– Participate in client meetings
