Our highly regarded Adobe engineering team is seeking talented individuals with a passion for excellence to join our team. We are currently in search of a proactive and collaborative Senior AEM Back-End Developer to lead custom platform development for our enterprise-level clients. Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the development of mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance
– Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment to maintenance
– Effectively communicate with clients, tailoring your messaging to suit the audience
– Work independently with minimal supervision and oversee assigned projects
– Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
– Write efficient, testable, and well-designed code
– Translate business requirements into technical specifications
– Provide constructive feedback in code reviews and help others improve their development skills
– Prepare and release software components
– Stay updated on new technologies and suggest improvements for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience from a coding bootcamp
– Minimum of 5 years of professional hands-on experience in AEM development
– Experience with AEM Cloud Service or AEM 6.5
– Proficient in AEM, Java, and Sling
– Strong understanding of systems design, caching, and persistence
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consulting skills
– Familiarity with modern programming architecture
– Previous experience with Agile development, preferably SCRUM, and Unit Testing
