Your Mission
As an AI Agent Engineer at OMNIPEAK, you will take on leadership roles in engineering projects across our various product lines. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about shaping the future of AI and are driven to accelerate OMNIPEAK’s growth.

Your Responsibilities
Design and build revolutionary AI agents that redefine problem-solving. At OMNIPEAK, you will take on unprecedented challenges and refine systems that unlock transformative possibilities for the future of AI.
Requirements
Your Talent & Profile
– 4+ years of experience in a product-focused software engineering role, with a proven track record of delivering scalable products to end users.
– Experience with Golang, React, Node-RED, and cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
– Familiarity with state-of-the-art AI technologies, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Perplexity, and other large language models (LLMs).
– Previous experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment as a founder or early-stage engineer.
– Experience working with LLMs and Agents is a plus.
– Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.
– A mindset of ‘no task is too big or too small’ and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
– Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for experimenting and iterating on new ideas.
– Professional proficiency in English (business fluent) is required, while strong German skills are a plus.
