Position: Senior UX Designer for Web and Mobile Enterprise Applications
Location: Canada (East Coast Hours)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team and help design user-friendly, efficient, and engaging experiences for our web and mobile enterprise applications. As part of our team, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and transform them into intuitive design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct user research and discovery to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
– Utilize design tools such as Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and user personas to effectively communicate design concepts.
– Design seamless and cohesive user experiences for both web and mobile applications.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback and continuously improve designs.
– Conduct usability testing and analyze data to inform design decisions.
– Follow UX best practices and ensure consistency across all platforms.
– Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into the design process.
Qualifications:
– Extensive experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on web and mobile applications for field workers.
– Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
– Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
– Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
– Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Compensation: The salary range for this position is C$125,000 to C$170,000 per year, with the addition of equity.
